Soft donut with extra virgin olive oil

Prepare a delicious donut with a special touch of extra virgin olive oil .


  • 4 eggs;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 220 grams of sugar;
  • 130 grams of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 200 grams of milk;
  • 350 grams of 00 flour;
  • 16 grams of yeast;
  • powdered sugar.

In a large bowl, break the eggs and immediately add the grated lemon peel. Mix with electric whisk.

Add sugar and extra virgin olive oil, continuing to mix.

Pour in the milk and flour gradually, keeping the mixture homogeneous. Finally, stir in the yeast for a smooth mixture.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured donut mold. Cook in a static oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Once baked, decorate with icing sugar.
