Refund policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the product you have purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty.

 

In order to return the product, you must contact the info@colliborbonici.com customer service communicating your refund.

 

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the return authorization confirmation and the relative instructions.

Once the return authorization confirmation has been received, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product you want to return to the address:

The costs for the shipping account will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer.

Following confirmation by the manufacturer of the conformity of the returned product (product intact), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days.

If the product is not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.

We point out that products which by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly cannot be returned as an afterthought.

We invite you not to accept goods which at the time of delivery are damaged and/or whose packaging has been torn and which, therefore, is not intact. In these cases it is necessary to promptly communicate the refusal, explaining the reasons, to our customer service.

In the event that the goods are damaged when the package is opened, it is necessary to document with photos and send an e-mail to the e-mail address info@colliborbonici.com requesting intervention. In this case all costs will be borne by us.

From time to time we will decide whether to send an entire new supply or integrate it only for the part of the damaged products.

 

REFUNDS

How will the money be returned?

The bank details will be requested to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.

The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, even in foreign currency, are converted into Euros following payment.

 

When will the refund be made?

The refund will be processed as soon as all the information necessary to evaluate the request has been received.

Attention: we remind you that, if the payment was made by credit card, you will have to wait a few days before the refund will be visible on your extracted account. The refund will appear with the description “Refund Order #............ dated ............”
